As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) has an increased impact on our communities, know that our primary objective is to maintain the safety of our employee members and customers. We have taken many steps to reduce risk and are continuously monitoring the situation. Tyndale is following the guidance of the CDC, WHO and local health officials.

We are closely monitoring the evolving situation and its impacts. The health and safety of our members is our top priority, while providing ongoing service and support to our valued customers. Tyndale has implemented all recommended precautionary measures to help keep our members safe. Our Distribution Centers have transitioned to additional shifts on a voluntary basis, giving employees the option to continue working while schools have closed, maximizing social distance and maintaining productivity. We are employing recommended cleaning protocols throughout our facilities. Employee members with the ability to work remotely have the option to do so effective Monday, March 16th through Friday, March 27th. We will reassess and make a decision based on the current state of affairs as the 27th approaches. We are committed to continued support of our customers during this time.

Risk mitigation has always been a core part of our business and because of this I am pleased to report that we currently have strong inventory positions and expect continued supply of FRC. So long as current circumstances do not change, we do not foresee delivery issues based on what we know today. We remain committed to servicing you, our customer, so that together we can protect end users.
