If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Tyndale gladly accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items within 60 days, where allowed by your company’s return policy.

Our online return process is fast and completely free. Just follow three simple steps:

You can view your company’s return policy anytime in the Order History screen. Each item will indicate if your company policy allows returns. For Managed and TyndaleFRC Express programs, your company may allow returns of logoed items — check with your supervisor.


Returns & Exchanges FAQ

1What if I don’t have access to a printer?
We are here to help process your return! Contact our US-based customer service team at 800-356-3433 to request a printed return label and return slip by fax or mail.
2When will my account be credited?
Your account is credited within two business days from receipt at our distribution facilities. We will send you an email confirming your return.
3What if I want to exchange an item?
You can use the online process to request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color. If you would like to order a completely different item instead, complete the online process to return your unwanted item. Then, go back to your custom catalog and enter a new order. Keep in mind that your remaining balance will not reflect pending return credits until the return is received at our distribution center.
4What if I forget to enclose the return slip in my return?
Don’t worry! Tyndale can still process the return as long as the Return Shipping Label is securely attached to the outside.
5What if the online process does not give me the option to return or exchange a particular item?
The Return Shipping Label and Return Slip can only be printed for items that fall within your company’s policy and were received within the last 60 days.
6What is my company return policy?
Log in to your Tyndale account. Navigate to the order history page and select your order. Your return policy will be listed next to eligible items.
7Is there a video to walk me through the process?
A returns walkthrough video is available for Managed Programs. Access the video via your RESOURCES tab after logging in to your Managed Program Account.
8What happens if I send back a return with an item that doesn’t meet requirements?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept and process returns that do not adhere to your company return policy. Please only send back items that comply with your return policy and, for online orders, are officially processed through the return process on our website. Ineligible items will be sent back to you without credit to your account.
9Can I return or exchange a logoed/embellished garment?
Because every company that we serve establishes its own policy on returns and exchanges, it’s best to contact Customer Service at 215-766-5660 with further questions on the policy for your company.
