As a Regional Sales Director at Tyndale, Tim Matthews manages a team of National Account Executives responsible for successful program development, implementation, and management – and providing comprehensive ongoing support to primary program contacts. In this role, Tim oversees National Account Executives serving the Eastern United States.

Tim works closely with his team to ensure their programs receive the highest level of service, leverage the full range of benefits associated with Tyndale’s solution, and are informed of changes and updates in the industry. He plays an active role in training, coaching, and developing his team and proactively seeks opportunities for process improvement, relationship building, and program enhancement and retention.

His past experience includes more than 13 years of technical, marketing, business development, and sales – serving the oil & gas, commercial & industrial electric, chemical, utility, and transportation industries. He holds a degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University.
