As a Sales Administrator, Elaine LaPierre uses her extensive experience in project management, business administration, and CRM systems to support Tyndale’s Vice President of Sales and our team of National Account Executives.

Since joining Tyndale, Elaine has helped customize Tyndale’s CRM system to optimize communication and relationship-building between Tyndale and the industries we serve – working diligently and collaborating with other teams to continually improve our systems, processes, and information accessibility. She provides ongoing training to the Outside Sales team and assists with market research, report preparation, and data analysis.

Elaine serves as the liaison between Outside Sales and Tyndale’s supply partners, scheduling monthly webinars to facilitate information sharing and ongoing product education.

She also participates in a number of other internal initiatives focused on process improvements, business development, relationship growth, and program retention.

Elaine holds degrees in Economics and French from Bucknell University.
