1. Arc Flash Safety Webinars
Arc-rated PPE is often the last line of defense—and guidance is evolving quickly. In 2025, OSHA’s updated arc flash guidance raised new questions around “de-energized” work and low-voltage risk. Our expert-led webinars deliver practical, real-world clarity.
What we delivered in 2025:
- Expert-led interpretation of OSHA’s updated arc flash guidance, with practical PPE decision-making for real-world, low-voltage and “de-energized” work
- Clear guidance on arc flash misconceptions, PPE determination, and NFPA 70E/70B requirements
- Updates on OSHA guidance, DC arc flash research, and daily wear vs. arc flash kit considerations
Watch on demand:
2. DC Arc Flash Research and Testing
As electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, rail systems, solar, and other direct current (DC) technologies expand, more workers are exposed to DC hazards—and safety leaders need confidence that AR protection performs as expected.
What we delivered in 2025:
- Peer-reviewed IEEE research confirming arc-rated fabrics performed equally well under both alternating current (AC) and DC arc flash scenarios
- Validation of ASTM F1959 arc rating standard across both AC and DC applications
- Industry-funded testing in partnership with Kinectrics, evaluating five arc-rated fabrics with no significant performance differences observed

5. Blog & Video Library Enhancements + Highlights
In 2025, we made major enhancements to both our Blog and Video Library to improve navigation, search, and organization—making it easier to quickly access our timely guidance, foundational safety content, and training resources.
Top blogs of 2025:
- Arc Week Season 6: Bull Sharks & Bull$#!t — debunked arc flash myths, helping workers and safety professionals distinguish real risk from misinformation. All seasons and Arc Bites are now available on the new Arc Week landing page.
- Fundamentals of Arc Flash — helps teams understand arc flash hazards, evolving guidance, and the critical role of arc-rated PPE as the last line of defense. Start the training here.

6. Stocked for Faster Delivery
Outfitting workers quickly is critical to safety, compliance, and productivity—especially when teams are expanding, seasons shift, or emergency replacements are needed.
That’s why, in 2025, we significantly increased our investment in inventory and fulfillment:
- Total inventory value expanded to $80 million
- Focused on frequently ordered garments workers depend on daily
- Maintained 90%+ fulfillment from on-hand stock
For the fastest delivery, look for items marked with the TynDirect badge. These items are in-stock, include popular styles from leading brands, and are automatically listed first in your catalog.
7. Faster Delivery at Scale
For safety programs that rely on customized AR/FR gear, speed and consistency matter. Logos, sizing, and branding need to be right—and they need to arrive when teams are ready to work.
- Expanded embellishment capacity with new embroidery equipment increased overall output by 20% and brought combined operations to 230 embroidery heads across 42 machines in Texas and Pennsylvania, with additional expansion planned
- Workforce optimization with added shift coverage and warehouse staff increased throughput while reducing backlog and supporting order accuracy
- Facility reconfigurations in both distribution centers further streamlined operations—Pennsylvania increased capacity by 46%, while Texas optimized layout and expanded shipping and trimming operations
Together, these improvements help ensure garments are customized, packed, and delivered with greater speed and precision.
8. New Resource Hubs for Women, Boots, and AR/FR Uniforms
We launched and enhanced several digital resource hubs to help safety leaders and wearers quickly find practical guidance, explore options, and make informed decisions.
What we delivered in 2025:
- Women’s AR/FR Clothing Experience Page — enhanced with improved navigation, clearer style presentation, and engaging visuals to highlight Tyndale’s industry-leading women’s AR/FR selection
