Precision Meets Progress: Our Latest Advancements

Trust has always been a cornerstone of Tyndale’s commitment to safety, innovation, and excellence. Our partners rely on us to deliver the highest-quality managed apparel programs and an exceptional end-user experience. Most importantly, everything we do is to ensure workers make it home safely each and every day.
Behind the scenes, we’re constantly thinking of ways to improve our offerings. Here are four recent enhancements we’ve made to continue providing products, service, and information you can trust.
Elevated Customer Service
Our revamped website provides a seamless, user-friendly interface. You can quickly and easily identify in-stock products for quick delivery, access educational resources, and place orders.
To maximize our arc-rated and flame resistant (AR / FR) apparel solutions, we’ve expanded our customer service hours. Representatives are available at 215-766-5660 from 7am – 9pm ET Monday through Friday. Calls are answered by live representatives in our Pipersville, PA, USA headquarters location with a 90%+ first call resolution and the average hold time is under two minutes. You can choose to receive support via phone or by utilizing the web-chat feature on our managed site at your convenience.
Expanded Inventory
We took notes on what products are most popular and frequently ordered, and selectively expanded our inventory. Now, those products are readily available at your convenience.
We also created a designated location specifically for boots, increasing our on-hand boot inventory across a variety of new styles. Our new boot warehouse space accelerates our shipping and inventory capabilities, while supporting footwear options for everyone.
In addition to our expansive inventory, we offer free and easy returns within 60 days, for virtually any reason.
Industry-Leading Testing and Resources
We’ve invested in product testing, live arc flash and flash fire demonstrations, and lead the industry in educational resources.
Tyndale takes testing a step further by conducting independent AR/FR clothing research at leading testing sites and laboratories to better understand real-world hazards and PPE performance. Videos of these simulations are available in Tyndale’s video library for training purposes.
We recently explored three renowned facilities where we conduct our arc flash and flash fire testing: Texas A&M’s Brayton TEEX Fire Training Field facility in College Station, Texas; KEMA’s Low, Medium, and High Voltage Laboratory in Chalfont, PA; and Kinectrics in Toronto, Ontario.
Unparalleled Technical Talent
Additionally, we’re pleased to welcome Jason Brozen to Tyndale as Lead Corporate Safety and Technical Trainer. Jason brings to Tyndale a 28-year career as a Master Electrician. He is a CESCP and has extensive experience in NFPA 70, 70E, and 70B. After surviving a significant workplace arc flash injury that almost took his life, Jason has made it his mission to educate workers across North America on the dangers of arc flash accidents and how to prevent them.
We value our partnerships and are excited about the future. Wearer satisfaction remains our top priority, and we’re committed to exceeding your need for a personalized, coordinated, and convenient AR / FR apparel solution.
