Tyndale Wins Top Workplace for the Sixth Year in a Row!
It’s written in the stars! Tyndale is proud to have received its SIXTH star from our employee “members” as one of the Philadelphia area’s “Best Places to Work” – for the sixth year in a row. This award is particularly humbling give the demands and challenges the industry as a whole has faced over the years.
The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philly.com’s Top Workplace award is conducted by an independent third-party organization dedicated to capturing, studying, and sharing best practices around workplace culture and engaging and energizing employees. Researchers used the survey responses submitted by Tyndale members to rank us against other employers of similar size in the region.

We work hard to maintain a positive culture which increases employee “member” satisfaction, retention, and ensures an engaged workforce. Our success with these efforts is evident through the Top Workplace awards we’ve received in Pipersville, PA (Corporate HQ) and Houston, TX (distribution center).
Commitment to Continuous Improvement
Just as we continuously seek new ways to ensure your satisfaction with your Tyndale-managed arc-rated and flame resistant (AR/FR) clothing program – by offering new and innovative products, program enhancements, and more – we also seek new and creative ways to ensure our own members’ satisfaction. For example, our distribution center located in Pennsylvania recently implemented new conveyor belt system. From an ergonomic standpoint, the configuration of each shipping station within our Pipersville, PA warehouse is consistent. Each station has been specially designed to eliminate all potential twisting, reaching, pulling, or stretching motions by our members that could lead to injury. This keeps Tyndale members healthy, happy, and efficient.

Another one of our core values is Collaboration. Tyndale operates in a way that creates openness between leadership and members to maintain trust and improve the success of our organization.
