FRC Safety During COVID-19: What Are the New COVID-19 Guidelines for Tyndale’s Retail Stores?

During the COVID-19 (“coronavirus”) pandemic, we recognize and appreciate that you are working around the clock to maintain our country’s vital infrastructure. Tyndale is proud to support you during this time with the re-opening of our Factory Store and Service Center locations in Williamsport, PA; Midland, TX; and Oklahoma City, OK. In these challenging times, it’s more important than ever to work smarter and safer which is why we created new guidelines for visiting our recently re-opened retail locations. Below, we answer frequently asked questions regarding these new retail location guidelines.

Q: Do I need to wear a face-mask?

A: Masks are required at our Williamsport, PA location per Governor’s orders. Although masks are not required for entry into our other retail locations, Tyndale strongly recommends that you wear a mask while at our stores. Our associates are wearing masks to protect you, please wear yours to protect us. The CDC updated its guidance to recommend widespread use of simple cloth face coverings to help prevent transmission of COVID-19 by people who may have the virus but don't know it. Additionally, masks help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by reducing possible contact with your face, nose, and mouth.

Q: Can I go into the store?

A: Yes, Tyndale’s factory store locations (with the exception of our Concord, CA location) are open for in-store shopping. Each of these locations have hand sanitizer available at the front door. We ask that you use hand sanitizer upon entry, and maintain proper social distancing guidelines of 6 ft. apart from other customers and store associates. Please DO NOT ENTER if you are experiencing COVID-19-related symptoms, such as cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, chills, loss of taste or smell, etc. 

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: Currently Tyndale’s open retail locations are not accepting cash. We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as charges to your managed program allowance/allotment (if eligible).

Q: Are you still offering curbside pickup?

A: Yes! Each of our open locations offer curbside pickup. To place an order for curbside pickup at one of our retail locations, simply:

  1. Call the store and place an order with one of our sales associates
  2. Provide payment and contact information
  3. Schedule a date and time for pickup
  4. When you arrive, please call the store to notify our associates that you are there to pick up your order

Q: Are you processing returns?

A: Currently we are not accepting returns at our factory store locations, and all sales are final until further notice.
