Since developing and establishing Managed Apparel Programs as the industry benchmark over 35 years ago, Tyndale is the trusted supplier of goods and services for hundreds of companies across the US – including over 80% of all publicly owned electric utilities and over 20 Fortune 500 companies. Pair that with our 98% customer retention rate, and there’s no wonder why companies continue to choose Tyndale to meet their safety and uniform needs.
But numbers don’t tell the full story. We’re fortunate to work with customers that back these figures up by sharing their experiences with Tyndale’s total program management in their own words. This is the first of several blog posts featuring a current Tyndale customer testimonial.
We start with Alliant Energy, a Midwest energy company that provides electric and natural gas services to customers and communities throughout Iowa and Wisconsin. Sr. Corporate Safety Specialist for Alliant Energy, Carrie Parman, was fed up with 6 month delivery delays, unresponsiveness, and excessive turnaround times for simple requests from their FR uniform provider. Carrie was spending most of her time managing the program herself, rather than focusing on her primary job responsibilities. It was at that point Carrie decided to reach out to Tyndale.
